Technic manufactures polypropylene tanks as part of automated systems, manual tank lines or individual tanks. All tanks are constructed from natural, stress relieved polypropylene material. Tank fabrication includes butt welding or fold/weld methods to enhance tank strength and reduce the potential for leaks.
All tanks are constructed with a standard top lip unless otherwise requested. Depending on the size of the tank, polypro girths or poly encapsulated steel girths are used to provide strength and maintain the shape of the tank.
Tank lines can be supplied as a series of tanks with or without modularization. Modularization can consist of mounting tanks into tank sections, the number of sections depending on the overall length of the line. Tank components such as saddles, heaters, cooling coils, pumps and filters can be mounted and pre-wired to junction boxes making installation a much faster and easier task to accomplish.
