The PCF series is a miniature relay with a single-pole, single-throw normally open (SPST-NO) contact arrangement, designed for PCB mounting or quick-connect terminals. It is rated for 25A at 250VAC resistive load and 24VDC coil operation, with contact material options including AgSnO and AgCdO. The relay meets UL508 and TUV requirements, supports 5000VAC dielectric strength between coil and contacts, and has an initial insulation resistance of 1000MΩ at 500VDC. It operates from -30°C to 55°C, has a mechanical endurance of 10×10⁶ operations, and an electrical endurance of 100×10³ operations at rated load.
