The Series 30 bi-stable relay is a single-pole, latching relay designed for high-current applications in commercial and industrial vehicles, with a continuous contact current rating of 300A and a resistive load rating of 12VDC or 24/28VDC. It features a sealed housing meeting IP6K9K and IP67 standards, 6G shock and 4G vibration resistance, and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The relay has a maximum contact voltage drop of 150mV initially and uses silver alloy contacts with optional magnetic blow-outs for voltages above 40VDC. Mounting options include side or bottom configurations, with a terminal wire size requirement of 95mm². Coil voltage options include 12VDC, 24/28VDC, and 36VDC, with a 9-16VDC operating range for the 12VDC variant. Mechanical life is rated at 100,000 cycles.
