The EL210 is a hermetically sealed, 2PDT magnetic latching relay designed for severe environmental applications in rail, aerospace, and ground vehicles, built to MIL-PRF-83536. It has a case dimensions of 26.0 x 13.3 x 25.7 mm and weighs 54.5 grams for Mounting Code 4. The relay operates on DC coil voltages including 28 Vdc, with a coil resistance of 300 Ω ± 10% at +25°C, and switches up to 10 A resistive or inductive loads at 115/200 Vac. It features an operate time of 15 ms max for Mounting Code 4, contact voltage drop of 150 mV max initial, and dielectric strength of 1,250 Vrms at sea level. Operable from -70°C to +125°C, it withstands 30g vibration and 200g shock, with hermetic sealing at 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ min at 500 Vdc for Mounting Code 4 after life tests.
