The E410 relay is a hermetically sealed 4PDT electromechanical relay rated for 10 A switching, designed for severe environmental applications in aerospace, defense, and rail systems. It measures 26.0 mm x 26.0 mm x 25.7 mm and is built to MIL-PRF-83536. The relay operates from -70°C to +125°C, supports DC coil voltages up to 28 V, and has a coil resistance of 290 Ω ±10% at +25°C. It features a maximum operate time of 15 ms, release time of 15 ms, and mechanical life up to 400,000 cycles. Contact voltage drop is 150 mV max initially and 175 mV max after life testing. The device is hermetically sealed to 1×10⁻⁸ atm·cm³/s and meets dielectric strength requirements of 1,000 V RMS between coil and case initially and after life testing.
