The 30-313-12-EC-01 is a 300A electronic controlled bistable power relay designed for high-reliability applications in defence, aerospace, and heavy transportation. It features a sealed housing compliant with IP67 and IP6K9K, a weight of 780g, and operates with a 24VDC nominal coil voltage in a range of 16-32VDC. The relay uses impulse actuation with permanent magnetic latching, requiring no power to maintain contact state. Contacts support 300A continuous current with a dielectric strength of 1050VAC, a maximum initial contact voltage drop of 150mV, and a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. An integrated electronic control unit provides signal-level actuation via INIT, status indication via a 40mA-capable output, and protection against prolonged or invalid impulses. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and accepts wire sizes up to 95mm² (AWG 4/0) with M10 terminals torqued to 15-20Nm.
