The PXC-M03-24WS12 is a 3W medical DC-DC converter with a 9-36V input range and a 12V output, designed for fixed and portable medical applications. It features 5kV input-to-output isolation, 2μA touch current, and meets IEC60601-1 and ES60601-1 safety standards. The module measures 31.8 × 20.3 × 10.5 mm in a compact industry-standard package, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and has a maximum case temperature of 105°C. Efficiency is 87% at full load, with a no-load power consumption of 6mA. Output voltage tolerance is ±1%, and output ripple and noise is 40mV. It supports no minimum load requirement and includes overcurrent protection in hiccup mode at 150% load. The case is encapsulated in non-conductive black plastic with silicone potting (UL94 V-0).
