The DPX40-24WS15 is a 40W isolated DIN-rail mount DC-DC converter designed to generate regulated output voltages from a 24V DC input. It provides a 15V single output with a maximum ripple and noise of 75mV pk-pk and operates with an input voltage range of 9.5 to 36VDC. The unit features 1600Vdc input-to-output isolation, convection cooling, and operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C with derating at high temperatures. It meets EN55032-B conducted and radiated EMI limits, carries CE and UKCA marks, and complies with MIL-STD-810F for shock and vibration. The device measures 24.5 x 57.6 x 125.0 mm and weighs 182g. Efficiency is 84% at full load, and it includes hiccup-mode overcurrent and short-circuit protection with auto-recovery. Remote on/off is implemented via positive logic.
