The B88269X1090C011 is a gas-filled high-voltage DC contactor for battery systems and DC fast charging. It handles 300 A continuous current at 900 V DC with a 2000 A maximum cut-off current. The coil operates at 12 V DC with a 9-16 V range and draws 6 W at nominal voltage. Contact resistance is below 0.4 mΩ above 100 A, and dielectric strength exceeds 3800 V AC. The hermetically sealed unit has a 3.0 mm contact gap, 1,000,000 mechanical life cycles, and operates from -40 °C to +85 °C. It is certified to UL 60947-4-1 and weighs approximately 500 g. Cable connections require a minimum cross section of 100 mm².
