The 402S-40KV-POS-3P208 is a 40 kV, positive polarity, 208 VAC 3-phase input high voltage power supply in the 402 series, designed for capacitor charging and continuous DC output with a 4 kW average power rating and 5 kW peak capability. It features a compact 19 W x 7 H x 17 D inch rack mount package, air cooling, passive PFC (pf = 0.85), and efficiency better than 85%. The unit has a blank front panel for OEM integration, remote control via a 25-pin D-sub connector, and includes protection against overloads, arcs, and overtemperature. It uses a DS2124 coaxial HV cable and insulating oil, and operates in ambient temperatures from -20 to +45°C with a stability of 0.2% per hour after warmup and a pulse-to-pulse repeatability of ±2% up to 1000 Hz.
