TAKK Curtain-Air Ionizers are quality engineered to eliminate static electricity problems in the widest possible variety of industrial applications, including converting, packaging, textile, plastic, printing, painting and electronic assembly operations. Available in six portable models, each ionizer unit establishes an extra wide and deep field or "curtain" of highly concentrated ions, completely eliminating troublesome positive and negative static electricity from processing equipment and product surfaces. Curtain-Air units, depending on models and sizes, distribute a uniform static eliminating air stream from 14" wide (Model CA-20) to 64" wide (Model CA-70) with an effective neutralizing range of 8 feet from the target area. The six model sizes, from 20" to 70" lengths, enable you to select a unit exactly suited to your needs. Units can be combined for greater length requirements. Our units, ready to plug into AC power source, are compact and self-contained, including power supply and controls. The fan has variable speed controls, on-off switch and pilot light. All units are easy to install on wall, floor, work bench, machine frame or suspended from ceiling. Simple to operate and maintain.
