The TSM680P06CP is a P-channel power MOSFET in a TO-252 (DPAK) package, rated for -60V drain-source voltage and -18A continuous drain current, with a maximum on-state resistance of 68mΩ at VGS = -10V and 110mΩ at VGS = -4.5V. It features fast switching, 100% Eas guaranteed, and is RoHS compliant with a halogen-free mold compound. The device has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 6.1°C/W and a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 62°C/W on FR-4 PCB in still air. It meets AEC-Q200 and IEC 61249-2-21 standards for automotive and halogen-free requirements, respectively, and is suitable for motor drive, power tools, and LED lighting applications.
