NPN silicon planar high voltage transistor designed for lighting and switch mode power supply applications, housed in an SOT-223 package. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 400 V, a collector-base breakdown voltage of 600 V, a continuous collector current of 1 A, and a power dissipation of 1.2 W at 25°C. The device has a maximum junction temperature of +150°C, a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 62°C/W, and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free per IEC 61249-2-21. It meets MSL 3 moisture sensitivity level per J-STD-020.
