The BC546A is an NPN small signal transistor in a TO-92 package, rated for a collector-base voltage of 80 V, collector-emitter voltage of 65 V, and emitter-base voltage of 6 V. It supports a continuous collector current of 100 mA and peak collector current of 200 mA, with a power dissipation of 500 mW. The device features a DC current gain (hFE) range of 110 to 220, operates within a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, and is RoHS compliant. The package meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and complies with JESD 201 class 1A whisker test requirements.
