The 2i640hw is a 2.5" embedded IPC board from Synertron Technology, designed to support Intel® Elkhart Lake ATOM® x6000E Series processors, specifically the x6413E and J6412 models. It features on-board LPDDR4 memory with a maximum capacity of 8GB and offers multiple display interfaces, including HDMI, LVDS, and eDP.
Connectivity options include two Intel 2.5 GbE LAN ports, one USB 3.0 port, and five USB 2.0 ports, along with four COM ports. The board also provides expansion capabilities through one Mini PCIe slot and one M.2 slot, as well as a Nano SIM slot for cellular connectivity. Additional features include HD audio support, a touch screen interface, and hardware digital input/output capabilities.
The 2i640hw operates within a wide power input range of +9 to +36V and is rated for an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, making it suitable for various embedded applications, including IoT, edge computing, and industrial automation. It supports multiple operating systems, including Windows® 10 IoT and various Linux distributions.
