The S-600 series industrial SD card is a UHS-I, SLC-based memory device designed for high-reliability applications such as data logging and medical systems. It has a standard SD form factor of 32.0mm x 24.0mm x 2.1mm with a write protect slider. Operating voltage ranges from 2.7 to 3.6V, with an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and storage temperature up to 100°C. Sequential read performance reaches up to 95 MBytes/s and write performance up to 55 MBytes/s. The card supports FAT16/FAT32, SD SPI mode, and complies with SD specification 5.0 for capacities 4GB to 32GB and 3.0 for 512MB to 2GB. It features wear leveling, read disturb management, data care management, near-miss ECC, and a mean time between failures exceeding 3,000,000 hours. The card is RoHS and REACH compliant, rated for 20,000 insertions, and manufactured in a TS 16949 certified facility.
