The S-600u series is an industrial-grade microSD card with SLC Flash, designed for high-reliability applications such as data logging and medical systems. It complies with SD Specification 3.0 and supports UHS-I/SDR104 hosts, offering sequential read up to 35 MBytes/s and write up to 21 MBytes/s. The card has a standard form factor of 15.0 x 11.0 x 0.7 mm and operates at 2.7 to 3.6 V. It supports the industrial temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C and storage from -40 °C to 100 °C. Features include wear leveling, read disturb management, data care management, and near miss ECC. Data retention is 10 years at life begin and 1 year at life end. MTBF exceeds 3,000,000 hours, with support for 20,000 insertions. The product is RoHS and REACH compliant, manufactured in a TS 16949 certified factory, and uses SIP packaging for robustness.
