The S-600 series is an industrial-grade SD card with SLC flash and UHS-I interface, designed for demanding applications such as data logging and medical systems. It has a standard SD form factor of 32.0mm x 24.0mm x 2.1mm, operates from 2.7 to 3.6V, and supports extended temperature range -25°C to 85°C. Sequential read performance reaches up to 95 MBytes/s and write up to 55 MBytes/s. It complies with SD specification 5.0 and 3.0, includes wear leveling, read disturb management, and data care management. The card meets RoHS and REACH compliance, offers 10-year data retention at life begin, and is rated for 20,000 insertions and shock levels of 1,500 g. Manufactured in a TS 16949 certified facility, it supports SD SPI mode and is optimized for high endurance and reliability under extreme conditions.
