The Swissbit X-600s Series is a slim SATA SSD for industrial embedded applications, housed in the MO-297 form factor measuring 54 mm x 39 mm x 4 mm. It uses SLC NAND flash with a 3.3 V or 5 V operating voltage and supports SATA Gen3 at 6.0 Gbit/s backward to Gen1. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C for industrial use. Sequential read performance reaches up to 520 MBytes/s, and sequential write up to 405 MBytes/s, with random read and write performance up to 76,000 and 73,000 IOPS respectively. It includes hardware ECC, TRIM, NCQ, AHCI, on-board power fail protection, S.M.A.R.T., and 10-year data retention at life begin. MTBF exceeds 2,000,000 hours, and shock and vibration resistance is rated at 1,500 g and 50 g. Endurance for 32 GB capacity is rated at 2,749 TBW for embedded use.

The new X-75s modules with industrial grade 3D NAND are designed for demanding applications by supporting background data refresh, AES and end-to-end data protection. For higher endurance requirement the X-76s with 3D pSLC mode is the preferred solution.
