The Industrial CFast™ Card F-56 Series is a SATA III 6.0 Gbit/s storage device using pSLC NAND flash, designed for embedded industrial applications. It is packaged in the CFast 2.0 form factor measuring 36.4 mm x 42.8 mm x 3.6 mm, operates at 3.3 V ± 5%, and supports commercial temperature range from 0 °C to 70 °C. The 32 GB variant offers sequential read performance up to 510 MBytes/s and sequential write performance up to 415 MBytes/s, with support for ATA/ATAPI-8 and ACS-2 command sets. It includes features such as on-board power fail protection, TRIM, NCQ, S.M.A.R.T., and hardware BCH ECC with up to 66 bit correction per 1 KByte page. Endurance exceeds 580 TBW for client use, with >2,000,000 hours MTBF and data retention of 10 years at life begin. Shock and vibration ratings are 500 g and 20 g respectively.

CFast™ cards can replace both HDDs and CompactFlash™ cards in applications requiring small form factors, high endurance and the ability to withstand shock, vibration, extreme temperatures (-40°C to +85°C), and rough environmental conditions. The Swissbit CFast™ card portfolio covers the range from high-end SLC-based high-performance F-600 to the cost/performance optimized 3D NAND F-86.
