Mercury Displacement Relays
MDRs handle tungsten resistive and motor loads. Ratings range from 30 A to 100 A. Up to 600 VAC or 250 VDC at lower currents. Contactor tubes are hermetically sealed in stainless steel. Frequency of Operation: 60 per minute max. Pull-In Voltage: 80% of rated voltage typical for AC and DC models. Operate Time Typical: 50 mS. Temperature Range: –35°C to +60°C.
The insulation resistance of the relay is 1000 Megohms @ 500 VDC.
