The 255 Series is a two-coil latching relay with DPST-NO and DPST-NC contact configurations, rated for 10 A at 120 VAC, 5 A at 240 VAC, and 10 A at 28 VDC. Contacts feature silver alloy with gold diffused plating and exhibit a maximum initial resistance of 50 milliohms. The 24 VDC coil consumes 1.8 W, with operate and release times of 25 ms and 20 ms respectively. Continuous duty is supported, and both coils can be energized simultaneously with operate coil dominance. It mounts in a 12-pin socket with a lexan finger-protective cover. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 60°C, storage to 105°C.
