The No. 351 check valve is made of a one-piece cast brass body with heavy bosses added for leak-proof side connections. Designed to operate in any position, a sensitive spring has been added to close the poppet automatically. The rubber poppet is fully-formed around a solid steel insert to provide greater strength in commercial applications. When ordering, specify whether tapping is to be on the inlet or outlet side of the valve and what size connection is required. All valves are 100% American-made and built to last. Single-tapped check valve is generally used for submersible pump installations or when it is necessary to attach a pressure switch, pressure gauge, snifter valve, drain or blow lines, or adding chemicals.
