The VN7004CLH is a single-channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications, utilizing proprietary VIPower® technology. It operates within a voltage range of 4 to 28 V and can handle a maximum transient supply voltage of 40 V. The device features a typical on-state resistance of 4 mOc and a current limitation of 135 A, making it suitable for driving high-power resistive and inductive loads.
