The VN02NSP and VN02NPT are high-side smart power solid state relays designed for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. They are packaged in a PowerSO-10 PPAK with a continuous output current rating of 6 A at Tc=25°C, a drain-source breakdown voltage of 60 V, and an on-state resistance of 0.4 Ω at Tj=25°C. The devices feature 5 V logic level compatible input, thermal and under-voltage shut-down, and an open-drain diagnostic output. Junction operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 150 °C, with a maximum thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.14 °C/W for PowerSO-10. Electrostatic discharge withstand capability is 2000 V.
