The TDE1707CFP is a 0.5 A integrated power switch designed for applications requiring load driving capabilities. It supports both low-side and high-side switch configurations and operates within a supply voltage range of 6 V to 48 V. The device includes several protective features such as overload and short-circuit protection, internal voltage clamping, supply and output reversal protection, and thermal shutdown. Additionally, it offers GND and V_{S} open wire protection and an adjustable delay at switch-on, which can be extended by connecting a capacitor. The TDE1707CFP also includes an indicator status LED driver and provides a regulated +5 V auxiliary voltage for powering external circuits.
