STSPIN830 is a compact, three-phase motor driver with integrated control logic and a protected triple half-bridge power stage, designed for field-oriented control applications. It is housed in a 24-pin TFQFPN package measuring 4 x 4 x 1.05 mm with an exposed thermal pad for heat dissipation. The device operates from a 7 V to 45 V supply voltage and supports a continuous output current of 1.5 A rms per phase. It features adjustable PWM current limiting, dual driving modes (6-input or 3 PWM-input), and supports both single and triple shunt current sensing architectures. Integrated protections include non-dissipative overcurrent, short-circuit, undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and interlocking. Standby current consumption is less than 45 μA. The package is supplied in tape and reel format.
