The STM32U545xx is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone, DSP, and FPU, operating up to 160 MHz and delivering 240 DMIPS. It includes 512 KB of flash memory with ECC and 274 KB of SRAM, including 64 KB with ECC. Operating from 1.71 V to 3.6 V, it supports temperatures from -40 °C to +125 °C and features low-power modes down to 90 nA shutdown current. Security includes SESIP3 and PSA Level 3 certification, secure boot, hardware-unique key storage, and secure firmware installation. Peripherals include dual AES accelerators, PKA, TRNG, Octo-SPI, dual ADCs (14-bit and 12-bit at 2.5 Msps), two DACs, CAN FD, USB FS, and six timers. It is packaged in a 64-pin LQFP (10 mm × 10 mm) and complies with ECOPACK2, RoHS, and AEC-Q200.
