The STM32U535RET6QTR is an ultra-low-power 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone and FPU, operating up to 160 MHz with 240 DMIPS. It features 512 KB of flash memory with ECC and 274 KB of SRAM, offered in a 64-pin LQFP package (10 x 10 mm). The device supports a 1.71 V to 3.6 V supply range and operates from -40 °C to +85 °C or +125 °C. It includes advanced power management with low-power modes down to 90 nA shutdown, a hardware-secured bootloader, secure firmware installation, True Random Number Generator, and HASH accelerator. Peripherals include two 12-bit DACs, multiple ADCs, two CAN FD controllers, USB Full-Speed, eight UARTs, four I2Cs, three SPIs, and up to 82 I/Os, many 5V-tolerant. It supports ECOPACK2 compliance and meets AEC-Q200 qualifications.
