The STGIPS10C60-H is a 3-phase inverter intelligent power module featuring 10 A, 600 V short-circuit-rugged IGBTs for motor drive applications. It is housed in an SDIP-25L package measuring 44.40 mm in length, 22.00 mm in width, and 11.70 mm in height. The module includes integrated gate drivers, undervoltage lockout, interlocking, and smart shutdown functions, with a 2500 V/min rms isolation rating and UL1557 recognition. Thermal resistance is 3.8 °C/W for the IGBT and 5.5 °C/W for the diode. Operating junction temperature ranges from -40 to 150 °C, and case temperature from -40 to 125 °C.
