The STGIPQ8C60T-HZ is a 3-phase inverter IPM with eight amperes continuous current and 600 volt rated IGBTs featuring short-circuit ruggedness. It is packaged in an N2DIP-26L case measuring 32.05 to 32.25 mm in length and 12.35 to 12.55 mm in width, with pins spaced 1.70 to 1.90 mm apart. The device includes built-in HVIC gate drivers, an operational amplifier, a fault comparator, and an NTC thermistor rated to UL 1434 CA 2 and 4. It supports TTL/CMOS logic inputs at 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V and has an isolation rating of 1500 Vrms/min. Junction temperature is rated from -40 °C to 150 °C and case temperature up to 125 °C.
