STGIPQ5C60T-HZ is a 3-phase inverter IPM with six 600 V, 5 A short-circuit rugged trench gate fieldstop IGBTs and integrated gate drivers, designed for compact AC motor drives in applications such as refrigerators and air-conditioning systems. The module is packaged in an N2DIP-26L type Z case, optimized for thermal performance and easy heatsink attachment, with isolation ratings of 1500 Vrms/min and up to ±2 kV ESD protection. It features an internal bootstrap diode, undervoltage lockout, short-circuit protection, interlocking, and an op-amp and comparator for current sensing and fault protection. The device meets UL 1557 and is certified to UL 94 V-0, with a maximum case temperature of 125 °C and a junction temperature range of -40 to 150 °C.
