STGIPQ3H60T-HL is a second-series SLLIMM-nano IPM with a 3 A, 600 V, 3-phase IGBT inverter bridge, including integrated gate drivers, freewheeling diodes, and protection circuits. It is housed in an N2DIP-26L type L package and features an internal bootstrap diode, undervoltage lockout, shutdown, interlocking, and a comparator for overcurrent protection. The device includes an op-amp for current sensing and an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring, qualified to UL 1557 (file E81734), with 1500 Vrms/min isolation and up to ±2 kV ESD protection (HBM).
