The STGIPL30C60-H is a 3-phase inverter intelligent power module with 30 A, 600 V short-circuit rugged IGBTs, designed for motor drives in home appliances. It is packaged in an SDIP-38L case measuring 50.10 mm max in length and 29.60 mm max in width, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 2.2 °C/W per IGBT. The module features an integrated NTC thermistor with 5 kΩ resistance at 25°C, 2500 Vrms isolation, and operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. It includes undervoltage lockout, smart shutdown, interlocking, and open-drain fault output, with CMOS/TTL compatible 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic inputs. The device meets UL 1557 certification and is rated for industrial temperature ranges.
