STMicroelectronics, Inc. IGBT Modules STGIPL20K60

The STGIPL20K60 is a 3-phase intelligent power module with a 20 A, 600 V short-circuit rugged IGBT inverter bridge for AC motor drives in home appliances. It is housed in an SDIP-38L package measuring 49.60 mm by 24.50 mm, with a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 2.2 °C/W for the IGBT and 4.5 °C/W for the diode. The module includes built-in gate drivers, an NTC thermistor with 5 kΩ resistance at 25 °C, undervoltage lockout, interlocking, and smart shutdown functions. It operates with 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V CMOS/TTL logic inputs and has an isolation rating of 2500 V rms for 1 minute. The device meets UL1557 with file E81734 certification.
