The POWERSTEP01 is a system-in-package stepper motor controller integrating an SPI-programmable motion controller and eight 16 mΩ N-channel MOSFETs for bipolar stepper applications up to 85 V. It features dual full-bridges with 10 A RMS output current, up to 1/128 microstepping, sensorless stall detection, and integrated voltage regulators. The device is housed in an 89-pin VFQFPN package measuring 11 x 14 x 1 mm and supports operating junction temperatures from -40°C to 150°C. It meets AEC-Q200, RoHS, and UL 94 V-0 standards. The part includes programmable slew rate, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout.
