The M95128-DRMF3TG/K is a 128 Kbit (16 Kbyte) EEPROM memory device from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed for use with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus. It features a high-speed clock frequency of up to 20 MHz for supply voltages of 4.5 V and above, and supports a range of voltage from 1.7 V to 5.5 V. The memory has a page size of 64 bytes and offers write protection options by block, allowing for 1/4, 1/2, or the entire memory to be protected. This device operates effectively in extended temperature ranges, withstanding temperatures up to 125 ¬8C at a minimum voltage of 1.7 V and up to 145 ¬8C at 2.5 V.
