STMicroelectronics Transistors A6387DTR

The A6387 is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in automotive applications, fabricated with BCD™ offline technology. It features a 550 V high-side voltage rating, 400 mA source and 650 mA sink driver current, switching times of 50 ns rise and 30 ns fall with a 1 nF load, and ±50 V/ns dV/dt immunity over the full temperature range. The device includes CMOS/TTL Schmitt-trigger inputs with hysteresis, an internal bootstrap diode, and an interlocking function. It is packaged in an SO-8 and is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified.
