The electronic hygrostat DCF 010, model 01012.0-22, is a normally open contact device for controlling DC loads such as fans and signal transmitters in enclosures. It operates on 20 V to 56 V DC with a DC switching capacity of 11 A and an inrush current of 24 A for 10 seconds. The relative humidity setting range is 40% to 90% RH with a switching differential of 4% RH and a secondary temperature switch function at 41 °F. The device features an external 2 m sensor with a snap-in connector, LED operating display, and MOSFET switch. The electronic DC hygrostat with integrated switch module is used to control heating and cooling equipment, filter fans or signal devices through the relay. The external sensor can be positioned freely anywhere in the control cabinet for precise measurement of the atmospheric humidity. Additionally, this hygrostat is available in versions that not only measure the relative humidity via the external sensor, but also the temperature.
