Valve Grinding Pastes are developed for lapping on valve components. These pastes are made up of silicon carbide base material. The particles selected are blocky in shape & the distribution is kept close which ensures good stock removal & surface finish accuracies. The jell allows retention of abrasive particles over the plate for a long time which can reduce its consuption to the great extend. These pastes are available in extra coarse, coarse & fine grades.
Applications: Valves Wedge, Seat Rings, etc.
