The OS681-CE is the most affordable hand-held, battery-operated sensor that safely and accurately measures temperature using non-contact infrared technology.
It's easy to operate the OS681-CE. Simply point at the desired target and press the on button for a temperature reading no contact with the target is ever needed.
The total infrared energy emitted into the sensor from the target area within the field of view will be averaged and displayed in degrees Fahrenheit or Centigrade. The OS681L-CE has a first temperature response time of one second and a continuous reading feature for thermal scanning.
An optional laser allows for aiming the sensor at distant targets.
