Typical System Application The Model SD-35200-23 Series Vibration test system is a versatile wide frequency band electrodynamics vibration test system. It is designed to test from small to huge sized payload such as electronic assemblies and design features meet the testing requirements of the automotive, aviation, military, medical and electronic manufacturing industries, also. The system consists of a model SD-35200-23 shaker and is driven by the model DA-160 power amplifier and the model CU-160 water cooling unit.
Wide Useable Frequency Band
The high performance shaker powered by highly efficient DA-160 switching power amplifier operates over a useful frequency range from 5 to 2,200 Hz. The amplifier is designed using the latest IGBT module Technology.
High Fundamental Resonance Frequency
A unique light weight stiffer aluminum alloy is employed for the armature to increase the resonant to 1,800 Hz, whilst for a given payload the resonant frequency does not drop severely. An optional magnesium armature is also available for alternative applications.
High Overturning Moment
Armature design incorporates four robust roller-structures for top guidance and a unique roller-bearing for bottom guidance. Also, the distance between the top and bottom guidance systems is longer; The system is capable to provide high overturning moment for testing of heavy products with high centers of gravity.
Water Cooling Unit: CU-160
The water-cooled shaker series incorporate the industry’s most advanced and efficient coil cooling technique, such as “Parallel-Concurrent
” Coil Cooling. The parallel cooling technique surpasses other manufacturers’ series cooling designs in thermal transfer efficiency during full load operation.
Automatic Internal Pneumatic For High Payload
A superior pneumatic load support system guarantees a full nominal displacement with a maximum vertical load up to 1,800 kg for test specimen and fixture. An auto-centering pneumatic load support system is available as an option to enhance the performance of the system.
Standard Vertical and Horizontal Operation
The SD-35200-23 shaker comes standard with VH configuration. The shaker can be operated in either a vertical or a horizontal direction and can be used in combination with an integrated or stand-alone slip table or environmental chamber with optional thermal barrier. A worm wheel system is applied to the trunnion and it is easier to change the thrust direction as an option.
Safety
The emergency stop switches on shaker body and amplifier are applied. All the inner terminals are safe to human. An armature temperature monitor is adopted.
