Wide Useable Frequency Band The high performance shaker powered by an efficient DA-120 switching power amplifier operates over a useful frequency range from 5 to 2,300 Hz. The amplifier is designed using the latest IGBT module Technology. High Fundamental Resonant Frequency A unique light weight stiff aluminum alloy is employed for the armature to increase the first resonance to 1,900 Hz. A STIFF armature increases the probability that your test loads will not reduce the first resonant frequency. An optional magnesium armature is also available for alternative applications. High Overturning Moment Armature design incorporates four robust roller-structures for top guidance and a unique roller-bearing for bottom guidance. The distance between the top and bottom guidance systems is longer than many systems, enhancing stability. This approach helps reduce the overturning moment for heavy test articles which may have a high center of gravity. Standard Vertical and Horizontal Operation The SD-22200-25 shaker comes standard with VH configuration.
