The Si83004BF-IT is a smart switch available in the sourcing switch configuration. With a low RON the device can provide high continuous current while demagnetizing an unlimited amount of energy from inductive loads. The Si83004BF-IT can deliver up to 700 mA of continuous current in a compact TSSOP package. The logic interface supports low-power 2.5 V to 5 V MCUs and is powered by the switch’s high-voltage field power supply. The Si83004BF-IT is loaded with protection features to prevent switch damage making it the most rugged and reliable switch on the market. It also reports fault status to the MCU or directly to the user via an LED through a simple active-low fault indictor pin.
