The Si8286ED-IS is an isolated, high-current gate driver for SiC FETs, power MOSFETs, and IGBTs, designed for automotive and industrial applications. It features a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with an 8.0 mm creepage and clearance. The device supports a 15 V driver-side supply voltage, 5.0 kVrms isolation per UL1577, and 125 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity. It includes integrated desaturation detection, soft shutdown, and a 200 kΩ internal pull-down on the VO output for fault-safe operation. The part is AEC-Q100 qualified and operates from -40 to 125 °C. Compatible with HCPL-316J pinout.
