The Si8286BC-ISR is an isolated gate driver for SiC FETs, power MOSFETs, and IGBTs in automotive and industrial applications, housed in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package. It features DESAT detection, soft shutdown on fault, a 13 V UVLO threshold, 3.75 kVrms isolation certified to UL1577, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification. The device is pin-compatible with HCPL-316J and operates from -40 to 125 °C.
