The Si8271DBD-IS is a single-channel isolated gate driver with 4 A peak output current, designed for driving power switches in power supply, inverter, and motor control applications. It features 2.5 kV RMS isolation, 200 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, and 60 ns maximum propagation delay. The device operates with an input supply range of 2.5-5.5 V and a driver supply range of 4.2-30 V. It includes an integrated deglitch feature, a dedicated enable pin, and an undervoltage lockout function. It is packaged in an 8-pin narrow-body SOIC and satisfies AEC-Q100 automotive qualification and UL 1577, VDE 0884-10, CSA, and CQC safety certifications.
