The Si8271BB-ISR is a single-channel isolated gate driver with 4 A peak output current, designed for driving MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC, or GaN FETs in power supply, inverter, and motor control applications. It features a 2.5 kV RMS isolation rating certified under UL 1577, VDE 0884-10, and CSA, with 200 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI). The device integrates a TTL-compatible input with 400 mV hysteresis, 60 ns maximum propagation delay, and 200 ps peak-to-peak jitter. It operates with an input supply of 2.5-5.5 V and a driver supply of 4.2-30 V, and is available in an 8-pin narrow-body SOIC package.
