The Si8271BB-AS is a 4 A isolated gate driver with 2.5 kV RMS isolation, designed for driving MOSFETs, IGBTs, and GaN or SiC FETs in power conversion applications. It features a single digital input, 8 V UVLO threshold, 60 ns maximum propagation delay, 200 ps peak-to-peak jitter, and 200 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity. The device is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40 to 125 °C. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and supports automotive-grade applications with AIAG-compliant PPAP documentation. Separate pull-up/down outputs enable slew rate control.
