The Si8233BB-D-IM is a 4.0 A peak output isolated gate driver with two independent channels in a LGA-14 package measuring 5x5 mm. It supports 2.5 kVRMS input-to-output isolation, features TTL-compatible PWM inputs, and operates with a maximum supply voltage of 8 V. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 and includes AIAG-compliant PPAP documentation, IMDS and CAMDS listing. It is designed for automotive applications such as on-board chargers, traction inverters, and battery management systems.
